These guys are great! My daughter had taken her Toyota pickup somewhere else and was told she needed a new timing belt and that it would cost about $1,000 for the repair. I suggested she talk to Bill at Mission Auto Service and see how much he would charge. We dropped off the truck for him to look at while we ran some errands. Bill called us a couple of hours later and told us this truck doesn't even have a timing belt! He said all the truck needed was new brakes (which we knew) and gave us a great deal for brake work. Thanks guys, you saved us a bundle!

Highly recommended for Brake Service. I took my 2006 Tacoma to Rob a couple weeks back. I saw that there were a lot of solid reviews for Mission Auto as compared to the other mechanics in the are. I am very satisfied with not only the quality of work that they did in a very timely manner, but the price was very reasonable compared to the dealership. Their website it right on the money. Mission Auto was significantly lower than the dealership was wanting to charge. Rob even gave me a great deal on my next oil change and filter. They get fairly busy, so I had to call for availability a couple of times, but the service and the cost was worth a few days wait.

They saved my car!. It's easy to get an appointment. They diagnose the problem quickly and give you a very fair estimate. My car was in bad shape when I brought it in. They turned it around in a day and now it drives better than it has in years. I'm even getting better gas mileage.

Rob really goes out of his way to help. This place is the best!!!

Always great when you are impressed:). Went because my car wouldn't start and had to bring my 2 year old and 4 year old along. For those with children as you know that is a job with in it self, but the gentleman who helped me (didn't catch his name with my two little distractions) helped me out with them right away by turning on cartoons so they were entertained and I could tell them the problem with my car. He immediately took a look at my car, very quickly figured out my problem which ended up being a loose bolt, changed it out and sent us on our way. I went to pay and there was no charge! What a great place! I will definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for such a great experience at a car repair shop glad i have a place to go now!

BEST WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THANKS CHRIS AND MECHAN. I musst say that Im I DONT TRUST MECHANICS because i always feel like they want to take atvantage of you and try to sell you more then its needed. But wenn my starter of my honda accord was starting to act weird( sometimes it would take several try's toget my car started) i went to Mission auto center and Chris was really honest and told me that its wasn't necessary to buy a new starter till it wouls stop completly to work, i was confused because he could have charged me several hundreds of dollars right their and then but instead told me a trick that would get my car started if it wouls completly stop working so I wouldn't have tp pay a towing truck to drive it over their. Chris also checked my starter free of charge. Sure enough 3 days later I had to use the trick he told me to get my starter working in the morning. And thank god I was able to make it to work and went down to Mission Auto center to get my starter replaced. It took about 90min and offerd me something to drink, which unfortanetly people dont do anymore. He gave me a real fair and generous price, and the only reason why I know the price was fair is because I called other places and they quoted me more. I dont no much about cars, but I can read people very well, with they way they talk and their body languages and I sure know good customer service. I would refer this place to anyone who want's great customer service and a fair price. This is the only place I will go to get my car serviced from now on and I dont even care the 20 mile drive one way. Thank you Chris and he's mechanic for a job well done. Gianni K.

Mission Auto Does it the Right Way!. Since moving to Orange County, I have relied on Mission Auto to care for my car when it needs any sort of repair. The trustworthy, friendly, honest staff has never let me down and my vehicle has run better than ever. They are especially helpful for someone like me who knows little about my vehicle's operating system. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else!

Wonderful Auto Service. I went to Mission Auto to get a oil change and tire rotation today. It was a wonderful experience that included a very knowledgeable staff and a very friendly environment. They did the procedures in a very timely manner and were very helpful in explaining to me different things about my car. I would gladly refer them to anyone in need of future auto assistance.

Quick and reliable.. I broke down a few miles from Mission Auto Service and was towed to their location off of a referral. Though they were closed I was fully expecting it to be several days before I could get my car fixed and get back to work. Much to my surprise, they had my car fixed and ready the next day before I even had to leave for work and I was back on the road after having paid less than what I would have for most other shops in the Aliso Viejo area. In addition, the guys who work there are incredibly friendly and willing to explain problems and solutions in ways that pretty much everyone can understand. I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

The BEST auto sevice I've EVER had!!. I'll NEVER take my car anywhere else! I was having the worst day and it didnt get any better when I realized I was having car issues. I had already heard great things about Mission Auto Service, so I decided to take my car there. Saying that they gave me good service would be a complete understatement! They were patient with me, explained everything in detail, and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I am a girl who knows NOTHING about cars. They didn't get frusterated with me for being a complete drama queen and a total pain in the A**... Plus, the manager is super cute. Just saying... The rates were reasonable and I feel so grateful that I've finally found a mechanic shop where I know my car is in good hands! :)
