Best deep tissue massage anywhere !. Shasta is the best at sport deep tissue massage, I have had massages in Aspen, Telluride, St Tropez,

Baden Baden Germany, The Ritz spa in Madrid, and Barcelona, Paris, Fiji , and the famous Rancho Valencia in Rancho Sante Fe, . Because I dont have any cartlidge in my hip sockets and have bone spurs I search out pros.!! She is a pro at relieving my pain other then 1000 miligrams of Motrin.

Horrible customer service. As I am new to this town and don't know many people, I rely on citysearch to point me in the right direction when it comes to salons, restaurants, etc. Being the closest rated salon for waxing, I chose Better Health & Body. Bad decision. My appointment was made several days in advance but just over an hour before the sheduled appointment time, I received a phone call from the receptionist. She asked me if I would move the appointment to later that evening, rather than the original time of 3 PM. I told her that I was already busy then, that I could at the latest, be there for the 3 o'clock appointment . She became very rude, as though I was inconveniencing her and then hung up the phone. A half hour later the esthetician called to cancel the appointment because she "had other things to do." I got the impression that I was the problem, that because I unfortunately was not flexible that I had to lose out in the situation. I was never offered another appointment time, nor were there any apologies. I understand that unforseen occurrences do happen in life and if the esthetician had to reschedule for an earlier time, or rather fit me in the next day, I would have been happy to do so, but nothing was ever said to that effect. Horrible customer service and unavailable estheticians equal a business no one should go to!!
