About a year ago II ordered flowers from this florist for a special occasion and confirmed my order ahead of time and they screwed me over. They didn't deliver the flowers, nor did they call or text or anything. I was so upset. Apparently they had something else come up that day and I was no big deal. Then last night I was watching bridezilla and was shocked to see that this happened to someone else on their wedding day. Unbelievable. The show was a repeat so I'm not sure when that occured but anyone reading this should avoid this florist. They are not dependable. and whats worse when the bride went back to talk to Alexis about what happened and get a refund, the police were called and ms morgan was thrown out of the shop. Thats the worst case of poor service I've ever heard of.

I just watched the episode of Bridezilla where the bride to be paid this horrible "florist" for her flowers. As seen so clearly on the episode - she was a no show for this poor stressed out bride! If this woman is not out of business by now - she should be. She is a poor excuse for a business owner! I felt so bad for this bride. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE FLORIST - She is right in the Newport Beach Costa Mesa Area and her name is Alexis Snobal - Florwers by Alexis
