should have read the review and do some research before i've signed up for laser package. After finding out she is a self proclaimed "Doctor", I wanted to cancel but was told by her employee that i have to pay $1200 for each time I did laser with her. WHAT A SCAM ARTIST. read over what you sign before you go and put your signature on it and do your research.

SHE NEEDS TO BE SUED!!. "Dr. kimberly" is a big fraud!!! She advertise her "treatments" so well on the radio that asian people believe her, but vietnamese people need to not give her their business. i went in hoping to clear my acne and their scars so i signed up for their $5000 laser treatment, 8 treatments in (total 10 treatments) my face was much much much worse, and i talked to her about it and she said "it is suppose to get worse before it gets better", how much better is it going to get with 2 more treatments?? so i just stopped going to her and asked if i could just pay for my eight treatments and get money back, she said that is not possible and said i still owe her $1200, her reasoning is that the whole package, all 10 laser treatments is $5000 but if i do just 8 laser treatment that is not a part of the package deal, so i have to pay a higher individual price. FRAUD!! Those people dont even know how to do facials!! I can get more painful but effective facials elsewhere for $10 cheaper!! DO NOT go to or refer kimberly, you will greatly regret it!! Spread the word to Vietnamese people.

Waste of Money. Kimberly Skin Clinic stole my money! I went to a “free” consultation with Kimberly. She made so many comments about how I needed acne laser treatment for pimples and scars and made many promises about how my skin would improve. She makes a better car salesman than a “doctor.” My family signed me up, I paid over $6,000. I would go weekly for painful facials and once a month for even more painful lasers. They would give us Advil to deal with the pain for the laser; I didn’t like the idea of taking medicine so often. The lasers were still very painful, it really didn’t help. The people who worked there were friendly, but the results are what mattered most. My skin never improved. By the time I finished my treatment, Kimberly tried selling me on a new package. I didn’t have the money, and even if I did, I would not waste it on these fake acne treatments. It’s a scam. Kimberly, who I don’t believe is a doctor, but more of a businesswoman tries to calm your doubt with nice talk and promises in the beginning of the program, but as it goes on, she will tell you that you need more treatments to really make your skin better and will even blame you for not taking good care of your skin if their treatment don’t give you results. I’m so sorry my family wasted their hard earned money like this; I would have rather given it to a better cause. The acne lasers actually made the scars on my face more prominent and now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. I have spoken to and have seen many others who have heard the same lies from Kimberly skin clinic. They don’t give you results; they take your money and make you think they are helping you deal with acne. I don’t want any other good person to make the same mistake I made. Do not waste your time or money with Kimberly Skin Clinic! It’s a SCAM.

This place is a fraud.... My fiance went to this place and was clearly scammed. She wasn't promised the world so it seemed legit. Because her acne problem was very slight, they told her the treatment would help, but obviously they couldn't guarantee it. Fair enough. Her very slight acne problem worsened after "treatment" from this place. So $3,000 later and months of laser and facial treatments she is more dissatisfied with her face now than ever. They told her a cream would help (which should've been part of the contract), but was told it was an additional cost. The creamed turned out to be outdated! The "doctor Kim" isn't a doctor at all. So there's fraud right there as she dares to wear a tag identifying herself as a doctor. The staff simply smile and say, "no problem" while trying to scam more products off of you.

avoid kimberly spa and dr. kimberly is a money eating biatch, her workers don't know anything, and the service is not worth the money.. Dr. Kimberly is a biatch first of all, you tell her about the service you got done and she tells you thats not how it is, first of all you see her twice thru out the whole laser process. I went in in june 06 and the last time I saw her was for a the last consultation to see how my skin was or if I wanted to get something else done right after I just got my laser in November 06. How would she know the condition of my skin if she saw me the first time and the last time and never in between treatment to argue with me what the other doctors are doing to my face and how the condition of my face within the time period she didn't see me. She makes no effort in seeing how her patients are doing. No one was helpful, no one really spoke english and no one would relate my message to her when I call, sometime they would just hang up. No one really gives a shiet peroid after they get your money. The skin care cream are cheap, doesn't help my face and the laser and product causes more blemish. I went in to get spots out that I didn't have much of in the begnning on my face and ended up getting more acne scars and black spots from scars from my acne and pimples. It's like I paid 5,000 for a treatment to get rid of something to only have something else growing on my face and the treatment I was suppose to be having done to my face is not working and it's costing me 5,000 dollars. it's like i paid her people that worked on my face 5,000 to help me get more blemish and acne scars. And when I tel her that it's causing more acne, she and her workers just says it's normal to have breakouts and it's not from the laser. Everyone around ask me for 5,000 why does my face looks worse than when I first went in, now thats embarassing. instead of getting rid of scars it creates more and they won't do a dam thing about it, bad doctor experience and bad service...they are nice, but not helpful. If I could, I would seriously biatch slapp dr. kimberly in her fuckken face for lying.
