Fantastic customer service and super-fast special ordering service. There are two Pet Supply stores in the area and this one on Yorktown is by far the better of the two when it comes to special orders. Both are excellent when it comes to prices on merchandise and pet food but if you need something that they don't have and need it ordered, definitely come to the Yorktown store. The staff is friendly and helpful; going so far as to help carry items out to your car, if necessary! Does your dog eat a raw diet? Got it. Need Buddy Belts? No problem. How about crickets for your reptiles? With some calcium tossed in? Done! Drive on over...this is THE store for you!
