BALBOA PILATES

I have been a client of Balboa Pilates since they opened on the Balboa Peninsula approximately eight years ago. They cater to the neighbors and community and have many satisfied men and women. It doesn't get any better, but you have to be active and consistent.
The two reviews I ran across while searching the web sound like someone is trying to sabotage. The smell on the Peninsula was diverted two years ago, and the City did an awesome job. It was not coming from the bathroom, it was gases under the bay. Also, the phone manners are never rude, that is a fact.

RUDEST PHONE MANNERS

I called to get information about the classes and the girl who answered the phone could not be more unhelpful. It seemed unbearable for her to explain what class offerings they had because there were just so "many" when all I wanted was a recommendation for a beginner level. For such a specialized studio, I guess they are not very interested in attracting people new to pilates. Apparently, it is also my fault for not realizing they had an online website. (which didn't even have that many classes) I guess they don't need your business so take it elsewhere!!

Something smells around here!

Poor location the place has no parking and is located right next to very smelly public bathrooms.
