Our driver delivered us to the correct address in the WRONG CITY (Santa Maria instead of Los Olivos) because he was relying on his GPS unit despite giving him an accurate itinerary. We requested that he turn around several times after passing the correct exit (being familiar with the area) and he simply refused to follow any requests to turn the vehicle around or to stop the vehicle to listen to our concerns. We drove 40 minutes past our original location and it took us about 30 minutes to get back to our original intended location. The driver shamelessly lied in front of us while on the phone to American Limo office about being lost when we asked if we could have an extra hour to compensate. American Limo charged us for the extra 1 hour + of time, plus other unexplained charges. They didn't include the tip as promised and our driver was less than polite when demanding a tip. Unacceptable experience overall. We understood a correctable mistake in navigation but the service and dishonesty of the company was unbelievable. We were treated rudely by our driver while he refused take any direction repeatedly. It was a somewhat frightening to hire a car does not respond to your requests. We were treated horribly by the driver and the company followed up by indulging in questionable billing practices and questionable customer service.

This company is a scam! They change the published rates and lock you in with a non-refundable $150.00 cancelation fee. They also tell you that the tax and tip are included in an additional fee and then later you find out that it was a service charge and tax-no one likes to stiff the poor driver so you need to give him a tip as well..... The limo driver has you pay the tip in advance and then his phone doesn't work and he's 1/2 hour late picking you up.... DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF HIRING THESE LOOSERS!
