Horrible experience-Firm doesnt stand by their product/word. Owners assured/guaranteed me that their arch supports would resolve my foot pain (from hard floors), but when the product failed, they told me it was because i was not wearing shoes IN THE SHOWER! The husband (Jim) tells me i did not wear the product enough each day, yet the wife (Ligia) tells me i wore them too much! Bottom line, they do not stand by their word nor their products. It is INTERESTING TO NOTE that the other review here by Jim Richter is written by the owner, Jim Richter....hhhmmmm...wonder if he is neutral enough to be giving a review? I think not.
