Regarding: LOVE MY Pillow TOP Review

I am Not sure these other people's reviews are talking about the LONG TERM warranty you speak of that is given with each Bed, example, Simmons, Spring Air, Tempurpedic.

It sounds from these reviews that people mean they do not get a good product from the get go which is stated in the receipt that there is at least a 30 day warrenty or guarentee for a customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Some bed co., have longer depending on the bed, eg., Tempurpedic Stores, etc. How else would, one report a defective bed or mattress? All Good Retail Mattress Stores will listen and work with the customer and these reviews sound like there have been exchange and refund problems, and exchange and when necessary, refunds, can be very difficult, with this company. I am sure, many people who have no problems and don't need to do an exchange are enjoying the lower prices that ORANGE COUNTY MATTRESS CO advertises. A sale that says 50% off, but is not a sale as it is on, every day and month so it makes one wonder what is the actual, base price. But in any case, it is only with the mattresses that have problems do I see on Several REVIEW sites that Orange County Mattress Co., has Several Complaints Listed Against them in that area of performance. Thus, I would be afraid if I were a new customer to go to them in case I would, have such a problem and would not be able to have it handled. I would Want to See More Supportive Reviews here on line regarding the customer service person or the owner before I would make a purchase at this company.

Stress, Money, Time Wasted and Own Defective Product

I sent a report to the Attorney General office of consumer complaints and need anyone, who would like to send me a summary of their experiences with this company as I will include it with your member name or how ever you want me to note you; if you wish to contribute and it might just make you feel better ;-).

I wish a refund on my second, not first mattress I bought thru this company. Yes I did, purchase one new Simmons bed recently spent a good amount with them, and seeing it might not be firm enough unfortunately, went to buy a second firmer mattress that I knew well, having slept on it at a friend's home. I tried very hard to work with this Co when this second purchased mattress came to my home defective the first time and then again the second time; each time I went through the customer service manager Susan Darshay, and of course it was "me" not the bed or "this just couldn't happen twice" and after talking with an engineer who knew about machine coiling precision at the manufacture plants, this had to do with the pocketed coil spring system being uneven tension and bulging up the top of the bed in places, which is, very uncomfortable... causing headaches, neck aches, etc., to sleep on when one is not lying "flat" like one should on a good mattress with pocketed coiled springs. The story is endless with the back and forth and things said to me by Susan, but short version, the mattress is against the wall.

So any of you please send me any reports and I will pass along with my detailed report to the AG as I did try to make a compromise and was in the end not even offered that. So I am gong for full refund and want this mattress returned to this company. I even waited and waited not one but two different times for their inspections to come and make sure I did nothing to the mattress so they would not complain about taking it back. It's perfect, except to sleep on! I was told the owner Craig Carpenter, said I could get a big discount if I wanted to buy a THIRD mattress from them. Oh gee, give them even more money. So....there you go.

• Pros:  two ethical sales persons/ yes their bed prices pull u in!
• Cons: Sressful, $ spent, time consuming and no mattress!
