Avoid. Wow, I didn't listen to the 1 review before and did I regret it. The review was right, the fish in their rolls are not too fresh and the staff (servers) are down right rude with a just don't care attitude. Their stir fried noodles were way too oily and the sukiyaki is also too sweet and too much MSG.

Unsanitary, Rude and Food Often (Not Fresh). NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. They often use leftover rice that is getting (spoiled) and sometimes discolored pieces of sashimi (not fresh). But when you bring that to their attention, they just brush you off. When they prepare your food to take home or To-Go, they will put YOUR FOOD on the floor RIGHT NEXT to the RESTROOMS!

Their waiters & waitresses are rude 90% of the times. Their reason is ALWAYS "we are too busy." (even when there's only 4 tables eating). Here's one instance in May, I called 5 times for a To-Go order between 9:15 and 9:35 but no one answered, so I figured they were closed. My wife was craving for sushi so I tried calling again (4 times) at 6:15pm the next evening, but again, NO ONE ANSWERED. So I drove down to see if maybe there were problems with the phone. When I got there, they were definitely OPEN and when I asked, the waitress said they HAVE NO TIME TO ANSWER THE PHONE. (which seems like a common practice for them) I still ended up placing an order and they made me sit there and waited 1 hour and 5 minutes for my food...WITHOUT ANY REMORSE NOR SYMPATHY. (just a note, if I wasn't trying to satisfy my wife's craving for sushi, I wouldn't have ordered) Even after the order was done, they put the food on the floor (next to the restroom) for 5 minutes before the cashier brought it to me. In short, they REALLY DON'T NEED or APPRECIATE or CARE ABOUT OUR BUSINESS. As a Brea resident, I have been proud of the quality, friendliness and customer service of the businesses in the area. I hope as restaurant-goers we won't condone this type of behavior and unsanitary practices of this place. Now after I looked, there are several other Sushi Restaurants that have better food and that at least CARE about their customers / business. Just look. Oh and my wife and I eat good authentic Japanese food all the time, so we know what we are talking about when I say the food is BAD here. Hope this helps.
