Worthless Company that Wont Last!!

We have NEVER been late with a payment and when we fell behind 10 DAYS due to being laid off - These People would not accept any payment arrangements- They called and Harrassed our neighbors, Friends and Family...They told me that they didn't have time to BABYSIT my Husband!!? WTF!?

I am tempted to give them back the POS car we financed just to start over with a different finance Company!

I have never been treated so rudely in all my life ...where do these LOW END "proffessionals" Come from!?

The lady apparently in charge of my account is Julie....Im a little bit late I had lost my job and gotten a bit behind...I have talked to them several times explaining the situation and when I would be able to pay. She called me one night on HER cell phone being rude as usual. I asked her to not talk to me like a child, she then told me "then quit acting like one" I told her she can't talk to me like that and she said "I can talk to you however the f--- I want to". My dad called to complain about her and they hung up on him. These people are unbelieveable. Worst customer service, worst attitudes ever. Im sorry if their lives are just so miserable that they have to take it out on customers. I would never reccomend them to my worst enemy!!!! The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to to publish this >=(

have a car loan with reliant and let me tell you the law ,the is being broken here for sure they call my job and my family harrassing them as well me , we made payment and still get no help they sold a truck with a starting kill switch on it and with out me knowing it so if your late on payment it shut off the truck no matter were you are freeway or highway and my mom has call and was lie to they said it would be trun on in a few hours and nothing what happen to the better busniess b and were the hack is the their manger at how the people let them get away with this and the law are civilright are being taken from us. i guess the way to not be like all of us is not use these people i have a family to think of ,these f ----- people dont care to have customer srvc they dont know what the word means
