World Taekwondo Center made all possible

For several years, I had been looking for an activity that that I could do as a parent together with my children. World Taekwondo Center made this possible. Over the last year, I have been able to do TKD with my 12-year-old son and my 17-year-old daughter. We have all enjoyed it. While we have each gotten in better physical shape, the fact that we have done TKD together has meant the most to me. My relationship with my son and with my daughter has grown stronger as we have worked together toward a shared goal.

I do Tae Kwon Do to learn. World Taekwondo Center teaches me self-discipline. I learn to always finish what I start. I learn kicks, punches, etc., but most of all, I have fun.

I really like sparring the most because you get to fight somebody and you get points. But you have to hit the person in the chest protector, or the head guard. Tae Kwon Do makes me have stronger muscles. It helps me learn to respect other people.

David is learning to be a part of that community. I also feel that both of my sons are stronger, more agile and are fitter than they would be after being in theWorld Taekwondo Centerprogram. The important theme of respect is very well practiced at TKD. Thanks for supporting my boys and for caring whether they succeed.
