Save your money!. The staff and atmosphere is great, but the food was nothing short of average. Our ribs were almost room-temperature, and our portions were dissapointing for the price they charge.

Nice service staff...unimpressive food. The service staff was really friendly, but the food was dry, salty and cold. There are way too many restaurants at the Aliso Viejo Town center to choose from, this would have to be near the bottom of the list. It's too bad, as it would be nice to find some good barbque locally, this just isn't the place to get it in my opinion.

Not impressed. I've been to Clayton Shurley's Real BBQ twice now and wasn't impressed either time. I work nearby and am a big BBQ fan so I thought this place would be perfect. First time I went I got the brisket plate and the meat was overcooked. The side (Beans and mashed potatoes) were decent and I enjoyed those more than the main meal. I thought I would try it again thinking it might have been a bad day and got the pulled pork. The pork was cooked alright but for some reason it tasted real watery like they had boiled it to get it hot again.

good fast food "Q". Well worth the drive to Orange county. The sauces are very good and the meats are fall off the bone tender. I like the sausage. It's got a nice peppery taste without being over powering. This is what fast food BBQ is all about.

Best Ribs in town.... They have the best ribs in town. The atmosphere makes you feel like you're right in Texas, with excellent service. They make you feel like you're just at home. I will definitely go back.
