Decent Location. I was greatly disappointed when I stayed here on my last business trip to LA. I frequently stay in the Long Beach area and enjoy smaller hotels. This hotel was absolutely atrocious. The front desk attendant, Stephanie, was so incredibly rude that I questioned whether I wanted to stay in the first place. In addition to the rudeness, she appeared totally unkept. I would imagine most hotels have a policy promoting attractive and professional appearances, but, apparently, the Pacific Inn does not. I was quite insulted. In addition to this unpleasantry, my room was dingy, and my shower was cold. All in all, a downright disappointing experience. This place is the pits. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
