COOL VIBE, GREAT FOOD & SERVICE. I'm a huge fan of Beachfire and went on Friday and had great food and drinks at a reasonable price. It was Aloha Friday which means Happy Hour drink and food prices all night if you dress aloha or island style - yes, happy hour all night on a Friday!!! So my girlfriends and I dawned our vintage Hawaiian apparel and had us a good ol' time enjoying our $3.50 Coors Lights and $5 stiff vodka cranberrys all night, even during the free live by Entropy. We shared the best appetizer on the menu - Calamari - which is only $6 for happy hour, along with the $4 Mac & Cheese. BeachFire has some great deals during the week, so I don't get the expensive complaint at all. If you want cheap frozen bar food, go over to Fishermans or Dukes. But you'll be missing out, so put a flower in your hair, grab that old Reyn Spooner and run to BeachFire on Fridays for the cool vibe, amazing food, friendly servers and FREE LIVE MUSIC!…
Fun, Funky, Amazing. BeachFire fits San Clemente and offers locals and tourists a great time!! They have amazing drinks, the Zangria is out of this world, and their calamari is the best around! Local music starts around 9:30 and ranges in artists, and the entire restaurant is decorated in local artwork, which is all for sale! The staff is very friendly and attentive. All around the restaurant offers a very funky, SoCal feel and great time!…
Great, Friendly, Fun!. Always had a great meal here. From burgers, fish, salads... I love it all! the Ribs are amazing. My whole family loves the restaurant. Fun paintings to look at. Nice people work there. It's a great place to dine!…
Average. This place was once good but has now taken a dive. I don't know if it's because they focus on Ladera Ranch. But both locations are average and over-priced.
Nice Ambiance; Poor Food.
My experience at the Beachfire located in Ladera Ranch was not one I would wish to relive. I was excited at first, because the beachy, fun feel reminded me of vacations and Hawaii. However, I was
dissapointed to find out that the food did not match my fond memories. I sent my artichoke back 2 times (To a disgruntled waitress...) because it was SO undercooked, but even then, they still didn't manage to get it right. My fish was so overwhelmed with pepper, it was hard to stomach; and I couldn't even taste the flavor of the fish!
The only saving grace was the "s'more" desert, which was simple, sweet, and tastey. ...But even that couldn't get me to come back. It's highly overrated.…
