Bad at what they do, bad customer service. I went this weekend to get the Yuko done to my hair and was very disappointed. I was the first one there so it started off ok. The owner was attentive until she started getting customers. After that she just started rushing the process and just wanted me out of there. I came in with wavy, frizzy hair and left with straight, frizzy hair. All she did was give me exuses for the way my hair turned out instead of fixing it and just basically wanted me out so she could move on with the others. I will never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone to go either.
