Bad expierience on Black friday. Mywife and I went in to compare pricing on a new mattress, after finding out we were not buying until we compared pricing elsewhere the salesman got very cold and his attitude went into the toilet, I would not buy from this store, there are several mattress shops in the area who are more than glad to help you then wait for you to return if you so please and not get an attitude if you tell them your just comparing prices at the moment before you decide to buy. Beware the process to determine what mattress is good for you takes you to the company's mattress that makes the test machine, we and I kid you not looked at mattresses that cost $20,000 dollars lol what a joke, we ended up gettinga better deal from a nicer salesman down the block I would not recommend this store to anyone I know

Good Experience on Presidents day. Went here Presidents days looking to test some out in person, they had a huge showroom compared to Ortho and Leeds. They also had many models under one roof. Doubt the 20% restocking fee / 60 day trial is the best, but I am fairly sure of my purchase and don't expect to use it. I look forward to my delivery.

Bait and switch advertising. They promise a free mattress if you find it elsewhere.

You won't find it elsewhere because they made up their own names for the same product that is in other stores.

The sales are bogus. You find it one day for 599.99 and the next day it is 599.77.

Sit 'N Sleep. So I'm not a big reviewer, but I did feel the need to express my satisfaction for a business in a world full of unsatisfactory businesses....

I found this store one day on Twitter of all places. They actually have some Twitter account with tips about sleeping better.. which I kinda like. WELL, not only do they have Twitter, but they have this thing called a Sleepbook which is basically a survey of your sleep followed by a specialized summary of how to improve it-- ok, so I could talk all day about it really (I'm obviously just a bit impressed).

In the end, I scored a good mattress and learned how to sleep... sweet...

What a pleasant surprise. I recently stopped in to Sit n Sleep because I've started the search for a new mattress. They had a "body diagnostic test" that tells you, based on your weight distribution, how soft or firm your mattress should be. I was surprised when they told me I should be sleeping on a softer mattress. I kind of like my firm one, but then again I haven't really been sleeping well the last year or so.

Even though it was busy that day, the representative spent a good while with me doing the test, testing out softer mattresses and helping me figure out what mattresses fit in my price range.

Overall I'd have to say I was pleasantly surprised by Sit n Sleep! I haven't decided which mattress I like better, but I'll be heading back later this week to make the purchase!
