The worst customer service ever!!!

Took ages to finally get Dan to come out for a quote....then nothing...when i tried to call the company back no answer for three days then when i finally got through a very rude customer service person who seemed not to care about anything...Update as of Dec 18th nearly two months after they took my deposit. They arrived with the wrong awning!!!! I have cancelled the order...will not do any more business with them. I am glad my deposit was on a credit card so i have some leverage.

Spectacular Awnings

Received first class attn from the Owner (Dan) upon presentation of the materials, costs, scheduling. Assisted us with Professional Pamphlets to present to our HOA. We had chosen speared awnings on our new home, which looks fabulous! Installers took their time to make sure installation was done to perfection. Minor set back with incorrect fabric measurements, but not a big deal, reorder was fast , simple, & free. Courteous installers (Grant). Customer Service Excellent!! Will recommend this company to everyone. Better than other Awning Companies we researched that wouldn't work with what we wanted. No other company beats UHI. Very Happy with results and pricing for strong awnings!!!

Stop Here Horrible customer service

We signed up the owner came out, gave us a quote took our deposit nad never heard from him again. It took a long time to schedule them to come out, when they did they brought the wrong stuff.Finally got it installed and the bracket has now ripped a hole in the canvas. Still waiting for a call back a for it to be replaced.We discovered them at the fair. Look elswhere completely frustrated,owner has bad business skills.
