Great customer servce. This Walgreens went out of their way to help me when Blue Shield had an error in their system. With the type of health plan I have, I pay $0 after I meet my deductible. I met my deductible and it kept ringing up as if I had to pay full price. The pharmacists here spend 1 hour 1/2 on the phone with Blue Shield until this problem was resolved. They were also very kind and patient throughout the process.
