Terrible Service and Overall an Horrible Experience.
It blows my mind that anyone would conduct business in this fashion. I was working with one of their representatives, Lisa Wood, who apparently has fallen of the face of the earth. She has completely stopped following up and has failed to return any of my numerous phone calls. It has now been well over six weeks and there is still no resolution to my claim. The appliance company that is supposed to be doing the repair is not any better and I continue to get the run around from them and First American
