Racist, rude, unprofessional management. Wanna know more?

Just know that I end up calling the cops on their rude, racist, unprofessional manager! Customers were surprised by her actions big time! What did I do? Got everyone's attention and call the cop on them cause of breaking civil law.

Don't IGNORE them, we need change of perceptions in thine and age. Just go and if they treat you wrong call the cops or security on them and report it to main Corp. ( i noticed i wasnt the first one experiencing this with them after calling cops)

Neighter we nor Apple need racist f****** who get pissed of your financial stability vs theirs!!!!

After all, If you own mostly all apple product and think this store need serious attention from main corporation, thumps up!

Disorganized with RUDE employees. We all know what the Apple Store's all about so reviews of big chains comes down to customer service, and Apple Store Fashion Island SUCKS A BIG ONE. The employees are all completely dismissive of you and act like they're all too good to be ringing you up for your overpriced (but beautiful) piece of equipment. Super disorganized.. no one knew what was going on in the store.

I went in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted.. I'd done my homework, didn't have any questions, and, had they not COMPLETELY ignored me, I could have plunked down over a thousand dollars and been out of their hair in 2 minutes flat. Instead, each employee pointed me in the direction of another employee who pointed me in the direction of another employee... and so on and so on for so long that I WASTED 30 minutes of my time without getting ANY help whatsoever.

This is not an isolated incident as this store is within 5 minutes of my house and therefore the one I go to for all my apple needs.. Every single time I go in here I'm ignored as though i have the black plague and essentially treated like S*** if I ever do happen to get anyone's attention.

On the other hand, the people who work at the Apple Store in South Coast: Amazing, organized, and friendly.

In conclusion, AVOID THIS APPLE STORE!!

Note to the Fashion Island Manager: HIRE BETTER PEOPLE!!!
