A New Level of Customer Service. This store is amazing! The selection, prices, sales and most of all, the wonderful employees make shopping for shoes a great experience, every time!!

Finally a store for my feet. My feet are very delicate so I've been looking for this kind of store for a while. The staff there was very friendly and dedicated a lot of their time to help me find the right pair. I'm very happy with it: it is comfortable, elegant and of the finest quality. I definitely recommend Sole Comfort.

Great Service, Selection, Experience!!!. I am going on a trip with my husband to South America for a month over the holidays and I was desperate to find a pair of reliable walking shoes. I didn't want to have to wear my New Balance's every day of the trip because while they are comfortable, they are only cute when worn with workout clothes.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that while Sole Comfort does specialize primarily in selling shoes, they also have a very nice display of really unique travel accessories that were perfect for my impending trip! I ended up buying an adorable pair of metallic bronze Mephisto sandals that can be dressed up or down with any outfit. I actually wore them around all day today to break them in for my trip, and they really are a gift to my feet. I also purchased the most amazing bag I have ever seen- the brand is Ameribag and it is a perfect size bag that is specialized in being "healthy for your back." I got one in a rich brown leather, and it is perfect because I can wear over one should so it hangs in the front. Not only does it distribute the weight evenly, but it is perfect for safety as well. I loved this bag so much I got one for my sisters for Christmas presents.

Sole Comfort was such a lovely experience. The sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to returning for all my future shoe needs....

My new favorite store!. I walked into Sole Comfort after having lunch at Tommy Bahamas. I was on a mission: to find a pair of cute boots that I could wear on my trip to New York over Christmas. I have tried looking just about everywhere, but I had yet to find a pair of boots that I loved, that were fashionably classic and comfortable. I was immediately drawn to the cutest pair of blackleather Gabor slouch boots with a small heal, and also a pair of rich chocoloate suede/leather Taryn Rose boots. I tried both on and wow.....both felt like butter. I bought them both :)

Honestly, I did not think it was possible to find cute shoes that were also comfortable, but Sole Comfort proved me wrong! The owner of the store, Karen, helped me for over an hour and was so cute with her South African accent. I was also surprised to see that they not only carry shoes, but also a wide selection of travel accessories. I bought the cutest and most practical Ameribag for my trip.

I loved my Sole Comfort experience and and my feet are very grateful to them! Thanks!

Amazing Store...Amazing Service!!!. I heard about Sole Comfort from a friend who is a loyal customer and is always raving about the store. I pride myself in being pretty fashionable and staying up with the trends- but I am always having the hardest time finding cute shoes that don't kill my feet at the end of a long work day. Sole Comfort had exactly what I was looking for.

As I walked into the store, I was greeted with such warmth and welcome. The store manager, Quy, took me under his wing and made it his personal duty to do whatever he could to find me a pair of shoes that were comfortable, didn't break the bank, and most importantly, were cute. Unlike Nordstroms or other retail stores where I usually shop, Quy gave me an honest opinion of whether he thought the shoes I liked were a good fit for me. He actually refused to sell me a pair of shoes that I loved because he said the style of the shoe was not a good fit for the arch of my foot! After spending about an hour in the store, I ended up buying an adorable pair of Beautifeel heels that felt like butter to walk in. I also purchased a pair of stunning Gabor ankle boots that fit right in with the current trends and are sooo comfortable. I actually walked out of the store wearing them!

Upon my departure, I felt like Quy was an old friend of mine and I was so excited about my new shoes! Sole Comfort is a shoe store like no other as it maintains a charming and intimate feel and the sales associates are real experts. I had a wonderful experience there and I will recommend this store to everyone I know.

Bate and switch. I went to buy a pair of shoes here and they insisted that the price was $70 above there published price, The old bate and switch scam I guess!
