Highly disreputable - Dont do business with Lisa Santa Cruz. Lisa Santa Cruz will pressure you for an extended treatment program and to put the entire amount on your charge card.

If you have any problems and are not happy with the results like I was, she will not agree to any refund for the unused treatments. If you try to cancel the charge with your credit card company, she will not cooperate with them either and block you from any kind of a refund.

Charging you for unused treatments is not only unethical, it is fraud in my opinion.

Lisa Santa Cruz is a con artist. Lisa Santa Cruz's Dermabrasion service didn't work for me at all and I had paid in advance for 26 treatments. When cancelling after a few treatments, Lisa refused any type of refund. I had paid $1350 upfront and was entitled to over $1000 in refunds for services not used. When asking for a refund, Lisa simply refused and I had to take her to Small Claims court to get a refund. Even then, she only agreed to refund half at $50 a month. To me, this is the definition of a con artist.

Don't get scammed by Lisa Santa Cruz. Lisa Santa Cruz will try to scam you into a long term contract. If you do so and have any problems at all with your treatments, she will not make any adjustments or refunds for unused services. The treatments benefits are questionable and I was totally unsatisfied. Lisa will not make any adjustments to the $1350 that was paid in advance and was extremely hostile when approached for a refund of unused services. DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS MERCHANT. You will have nothing but problems if you do any business with this merchant.

The Best I've Felt In A LONG Time!!!!. I recently started going to the Glamour Den for micro-dermabrasion treatments with Lisa Santa Cruz and I've got to say I've never felt better about my skin than I do now. I have had about 5 treatments and I am in love with how smooth and soft my face looks now. I feel that the treatment that I received was phenomenal. I am a mother of three and an hour with Lisa was like a day on an island for me. I had great conversation with Lisa and the atmosphere that she provided was so relaxing and refreshing I would definitely refer her to my friends and family. And I will keep going back again and again.

Great therapy - Microdermabrasion with Lisa Santa Cruz!. About a year ago, I started the microdermabrasion treatments with Lisa Santa Cruz. My skin has never looked so refreshed! A friend of mine referred me to Lisa. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning but afer a couple of treatments people asked me type of moisturizing I was using because they said my face looked so smooth!

Now, I believe thatt I owe it to myself to treat myself to one hour per week to Lisa's therapy. She not only gives you the attention and pampering for an hour but it is such a therapeutic experience. The package that I purchased is well worth the price in gold! I feel better, my skin feels better and I am happy! Try it and and you will notice results after one visit.

Additionally, Lisa is a very nice person and you end up having nice conversations; it's kind of like a therapy session!

WOW. Very good results!. My Wife has been receiving micro-dermabrasion treatments at Glamour Den Salon for about 6 months now and the results are showing. She is always in a good mood when she comes home from her treatments and tells me how much she enjoys the relaxation. The extra mile that Lisa Santa Cruz goes for her clients is amazing, I was told she has a very soothing atmosphere that includes aroma therapy and soft music in addition to the treatment. This was one of the best gifts that I could have given her for her b-day. This is a must for any husbands trying to score points with their wifes. Turned out to be a gift for me as well, Great results.

WATCH OUT FOR LISA SANTA CRUZ DERMABRASION. WATCH OUT FOR LISA SANTA CRUZ. Her business ethics are highly questionable as well as her services. She will pressure you for an extended treatment program and put the entire amount on your charge card. Then if you have any problems at all, like I did, she will not refund any of your money even for services not used. Her treatments didn't work for me at all and she wouldn't refund any of the $1400 that I paid on my credit card. When pressed for a refund, she will simply say "Take me to court".

Fabulous Place... Lives up to MORE than its name!. What a great place. Alicia Kierman absolutely does fantastic hair- coloring, hilighting and cutting. Before her, I thought it was impossible to witness anyone equally talented in all three skills. I hesitate to post this because I'm scared she wont have time for me!!! Also, another gem in this salon: Lisa does fabulous microdermabrasion treatments. All the ladies at the Glamour Den are personable and talented. You will leave here feeling like a princess!!

Great Experience. Being new to the area, I picked this place totally based on local and online reviews. My stylist was a newer girl (Alicia) but she was great. She was eager to make sure I got the style I wanted, while also making suggestions based on my hair texture and color. The evening hours made it possible for me to go after work, and I didn't feel like she was rushing to get me out the door so she could go home. I'm extremely pleased with my new color and cut. I'll definitely go back.
