Great doctor, great service. After reading a few negative comments I still decided to go to this dentistry because it was convenient to where I am working. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comforting feeling of the office, as well as the friendly staff.

Dr. Yang filled my cavities without any pain or issues and I was out of there by the time my lunch was over.

Worst Experience Ever. I have a medical insurance with Western Dental and I was assigned to their office. I don't want to talk about my treatment, but about my experience with their front-desk lady. The treatment is probably another one-star review.

The front desk lady, Ms. Dela, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. If you accept what she says and don't ask any questions, you are her best friend. If you start asking questions and, even by far, try to challenge her affirmations you become her worst enemy. Now I understand why there are only one-star and five-star reviews. The one-star reviews are people who started asking questions, the five-star are people who fell for Ms. Dela "nice words."

I started by expressing my opinion and asking a couple of questions about my treatment. She felt very offended about my questioning and become very rude. At one point she asked me to pay her for her time. I asked to talk to the doctor and she almost jumped off her chair and started yelling at me. Surprisingly I was very calm and asked her to lower her tone. She probably realized what she was doing and eventually calmed down. I think this part was the most logical part of our conversation.

Anyway, I got to talk to the doctor and he was nice and we had a civilized conversation. We shook our hands and said a friendly goodbye when I left their place. But, as I was taking to the doctor, Ms. Dela put the cherry on top of the cake. While I was discussing my treatment with the doctor, Ms. Dela transfered my file to another dental provider! This was outrageous. The doctor seemed a little bit surprised but he did not do anything against her. So, everything was off now that I have been transfered to another provider. Ms. Dela literally refused to provide me with service and kicked me out of there. I tried to convince the doctor that something was wrong there but he would not do anything. It seems that the empire is ruled by Ms. Dela.

Good luck ruling (or ruining) the cabinet Ms. Dela and thank you for your goodbye gift! Buyer beware!

not recommended. The dental hygenists seem competent and pleasant but otherwise I cannot recommend this at all. I have had good experiences with Dr. Yang in this practice, but Dr. Yang now only provides more expensive treatments (e.g., higher end, more cosmetically appealing crowns, not the standard ones covered by insurance) and I could not afford that. The receptionist is always trying to talk me into more expensive treatments and is very dismissive of any other dentist's opinions, so I do not trust her. In addition, the receptionist has has on at least two occasions made appointments for my husband, only to inform him when he turned up for them that they did not have enough time for what he needed, that additional insurance verification needed to be done before he would be treated, that they were not available to see him, etc., and then been very rude when my husband has protested that they are being unfair and that it is very inconvenient to come to an appointment and not be seen. I finally discovered that I could get insurance-covered treatment from Dr. Rozenovich in the same practice. I then mentioned to Dr. Rozenovich that Dr. Yang had recommended a crown replacement and asked for his recommendation. He looked me over and was gone before I even realized it, without answering my question or giving me any feedback about my teeth. The dental hygenist suggested I should have it replaced but her reason conflicted with what I'd been told on a previous visit so I decided to get the dentist's opinion. I had to track him down into a neighboring examination room to ask him for an answer. He grunted at me, acted very annoyed that I'd dared to ask him for more attention, and said "Well of course you should have it replaced." His manner was rude, and I did not have a lot of confidence that he was actually paying attention to my situation and giving me a well-considered response. Also, my husband has received some painful treatment in this practice and found the dentists and hygenists quite unsympathetic to his requests that they be more gentle, slow down, or give him some medication to minimize the pain.
