Killer job !!!. Listen i had a great experience at Z Auto Sound, Ferris, Kevin and Ed all where helpful and sold me what I wanted, never felt pressured. I had a show quality system put in my truck and haven't had a problem since. All the people complaining about time don't get it, it takes time for quality installs you want your car back in an hour with a crappy install go to Best Buy. The best part is that I know if there is a problem they will handle it. When I was there there were losers bringing in garbage crap they bought on the internet to have them install, these are the cheap skate losers that complain…

Customize your Ride. I showed up after hours, and the door was locked, they let me in as soon as they saw me, and took the time to show and explain to me different options to upgrade my stock car radio and speakers, Set me up with a appointment for installation the next day, they were quick, clean and professional, I am very happy with my new Alpine system,

GREAT AUTO SOUND IS BACK. I searched for a year trying to find a place to buy car audio and waqs about ready to give up when i found z auto sound iun orange, These guys are with out a doubt the best ive ever came across,,, there whole team is real and there service is real, im telling you it was worth every penney , my system is awesome,, you see im an oldschool guy, they combined my vintage amps with some new technology , well a/d/s never sounded so good ,mike ferris are great and once they pass the ball to ed, joe , and eric,,,YOUR SYSTEM WILL BUMP AND BUMP RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! than ks for everythin guys your the best,,,,finaly a place that listens to the custumer…

Exceptional customer service!. So I never write reviews and didn't even have a citysearch account until today, but felt compelled to write a good review for these guys. After calling about a half dozen or so shops to find someone to install by complicated Pioneer AVIC system along with a backup cams, I came across these guys. After working out a fair price, I felt assured these guys would be more than capable of doing not just a good, but also "clean" installation of the unit. And they did!

Unfortunately, the unit they put in was faulty (I bought it off eBay). Not only did they take it out for free, they went so far to speak with the Pioneer rep about the defective part of the unit and helped me get a brand-new unit. They also installed the unit again for free, doing anything in their power to make me (a very annoyed customer at this point) happy and relieved.

I can't recommend these guys enough. And one other thing. I took a look at Al & Ed's across the street... these guys were super sleazy and it became apparent in just minutes that they were going to do anything they could to get as much out of me as possible. I guess that's what happens when you go to the bigger chains.…
