Editorial Review for The Spa & Fitness Club – by Jennifer Schwartz

The Scene
The smooth stones of the freestanding beige structure promise a soothing refuge from the bustling Costa Mesa business district. Inside, the comfortable elegance continues with plush divans, gorgeous floral displays and swirling marble floors. A steady flow of business folk and suburbanites is coddled by a coterie of discreet staffers.

The Services
Tone up in the fully equipped gym or saltwater pool and then unwind in the stone whirlpool, eucalyptus-infused steam room or luxurious marble showers. For a more laid-back approach to relaxation, choose from an array of massage services, including reflexology and a hot stone rubdown. Can't decide? Opt for the individualized signature massage, a 50- or 80-minute session that combines deep tissue, Swedish and pressure-point therapies. For something different, try an ayurvedic treatment: This ancient Indian technique uses herbs and essential oils to restore health and beauty, and can enhance skin, hair and nail services.

This beautiful spa has FANTASTIC FOOD! I'll be back even if I don't have time for a service. The massages are pretty fantastic too, but Carolyn is the best facialist in town

Pros: Facials, Sushi, Massage

I do alot of traveling, and I have to say, these people are just nice. Not exactly a resort spa, but it is far above and beyond what you would expect from a day spa or anything else in the area.
