Horrible.
Worst service ever, had to use a Maytag "certified" tech.
Maytag delivered the warranted part after two weeks another week goes by and finally get an appointment between 12 and 5pm, tech calls ten minutes before showing up, does not knock or wait for someone to answer. Get a message AFTER 5pm, saying he came by and no one was home.
Told him I was in the backyard. "To bad call on Monday" them he just hung up on me.
NEVER USE THESE CROOKED PEOPLE.

Deceptive business practices.
After charging you a service call, they will then try and sell you a repair that you don't need.
Go someplace else and save your money.

Rip-off if you don't proceed with repair. They will charge you $90 to drive to your home. Then charge $40 to diagnose the problem. You're out $140 if you choose not to repair. They don't tell you this up front. Total rip-off!
