be careful. 12/25/2010 I also had Dr Bayati do my surgery because of her very confident attitude in doing my breast surgery. However, my experience was horrible! My nipples are too high, I will be having this corrected elsewhere.

Best Plastic Surgeon in OC. Dr. Bayati performed liposuction on my abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. I had always struggled with tight shirts. I felt that I always looked heavier than I truly was. Now I can wear anything without feeling embarassed of my tummy! I feel more confident & would recommend Dr. Bayati to all of my friends and family.

Best Plastic Surgeon In the OC. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon you have found the best in Dr. Bayati. Not only is Dr. Bayati an outstanding sergeon she is a wonderful person. She is careful, thoughtful and has superior technical skills combined with a sharp eye for detail. I felt very at home in her office. Her staff is well trained and is always availible to answer any question. My results were nothing short of miraculous. I went in wanting to regain the body I lost after three pregnancies, I came out looking better than I have ever looked in my life! I am a new person. My recovery was speedy and I felt at ease with the wonderful care I recieved. I only wish I had done it years sooner. You will not find a better surgeon than Dr. Bayati!

Excellent female plastic surgeon in Orange County. I am a 56-year-old professional woman who was looking for a plastic surgeoan in Orange County to discuss the possibility of undergoing a breast lift and an arm lift. I am naturally large breasted and had given birth to 5 children! Over time, my breasts had fallen and were actually causing me quite a bit of back pain. Also, I had lost about 50 pounds a couple of years ago and my arm skin was sagging and unsightly. I searched for a female plastic surgeon in Orange County and found Dr. Bayati. I thought that I might be more comfortable discussing my concerns regarding my breasts with another woman. I was hoping that a female surgeon would not only be knowledgeable and professional but would also be able to empathize on a feminine level regarding my concerns.

The first time I went to Dr. Bayati's office, I was immediately put at ease by her professional surroundings and her kind staff. When I met Dr. Bayati, I was impressed and felt at ease from the onset. She is professional, soft-spoken and took her time to talk with me about my needs and my concerns. She was not pushy. She explained in detail the pros and cons of a breast lift and/or an arm lift. Having previously looked up her credentials and then meeting her and liking her, I decided to go ahead with my surgery. And I am thilled that I did!! Dr. Bayati did an outstanding job on my breast lift and my arm lift. She seems to have have been careful with every little detail. Her stitching is perfect! It will take a number of months for the full results to be evident but I am excited and confident that she has achieved for me the results I requested.

Fantastic Results. I had a full facelift with Dr. Bayati 6 months ago and I look absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with my new appearance. No scars and a completely natural look. I have never had so many compliments!!! Dr. Bayati could not have been more kind and what a perfectionist. She is a highly trained surgeon who takes extreme pride in her work. I am referring everyone I know to Dr. Bayati. She will truly change your life.

High price did not turn out to mean high quality in my case.. This surgeon was initially very friendly when I went in for my consultations. She assured me that I would have beautiful results. Unfortunately, I did not get the anticipated results. I am now lopsided, and when I questioned this matter at my post- op appointments, this surgeon lost the friendly bedside manner that she had previous to surgery. I will be having this corrected elsewhere.
