These doctors are the most experienced, caring and established as you could ever wish for. They have spent years working in the ER at a local Hospital in Irvine. Professional and experienced! Their staff is friendly and if you need to see a medical professional, it is my experience that the wait is not long and the doctors and staff have your best interests in mind. 5 stars......or a TEN in my book!

I visited the doctor for an urgent issue. I was prescribed anti-biotics. I then had to go back to the doctor twice because I had a reaction to the treatment that they prescribed for me. The doctors office admin has submitted my case to the insurance company under a "regular office visit" code. My insurance company covers all urgent care visits, but not regular office visits to this particular office. The insurance company say they don't work with this physician and since it wasn't urgent they won't pay. The Sand Canyon Urgent Care Center won't refile under the "urgent" code. The rep at the call center for the urgent care facility was rude and unhelpful. Now I am left to pay the bill, or face being reported to a credit agency.
