Great when it is good, REALLY BAD when its bad. Sometimes when I go to CHIPOTLE it is the best FOOD EVER! However, it's always a gamble, and this is why it deters me from ever going back. Other times, I would get too much fat on my meat and would have to throw atleast half of it out. Or they are so busy that their staff begins to minimize your order than what is usual case. All in all, the consistency factor is the number one problem.

Otherwise they are great!
