I recently purchased some awnings from Abbott Awnings, i can't believe how beautiful the work came out!! i am so impressed by their works ethics, customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for any future work you might need when it comes to providing good shade, and beauty. My neighbors love the awnings as well and adds value to our home and neighborhood. I totally recommend this company!!
No service, no Callbacks! We've been customers of Abbott Awnings since 2005 and have thousands of $$ of their retractable awnings all over our house. Great product, BUT HORRIBLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! I've been trying to get a callback on a broken part since 8/24. It's now 9/21. "Ana" keeps saying she'll tell "John". Nothing happens. Think twice before you invest in their product.
Sunscreen Order. I just wanted to mention to you that Oscar & Jesus did a terrific job with the installation of my sun screen. My wife and I are very excited and happy the way the sun screens came out and want to thank you for the great job.
BAD COMPANY, find someone else to do your awning. These guys took my money for my first awning, and after probably 10 phone calls to their office REFUSED to call me back. After seeing their truck on my street, I approached the sales guy, who was nice enough, but they lack the ability to follow-through. No consumer should have to spend so much time and energy tracking down a company to give their business to. I left repeated messages for the owner (wanting to let him know how his staff was handling his business and lack thereof) and he finally called me back and told me, for some unkown reason to take my business elsewhere. Their follow-up and cusomter service is completely lacking in every aspect. There are plenty of other companies, including Accent Awnings with the identical product, and they are happy to meet with you and phone you back. I NEVER received one returned phone call, and when I scheduled an appointment to meet someone at my house (and took off work to do so) Lori not only did not show up, not even a phone call and when I called the office the next day it clearly was a typical problem. I don't know how this company stays in business, especially with staff who ignore you and an owner who tells a consumer willing to purchase thousands of dollars of their products to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Good luck to you if you use this company and good luck getting anyone to call you back!
good product.... horrible customer service!. While the product and initial timeliness were very good they definitely fall short once they get your money. I phoned and spoke with someone several times regarding a problem with my awnings (they are under warranty) - no one returned my calls. I sent a letter to the owner politely addressing the issue-no response. I finally called and threatened to call my credit card company and have them dispute the payment. That got their attention.The supervisor set up an appointment to come to my house immediately but guess what-he never showed. Not even a courtesy phone call with an explanation.
