Best Customer Service. I was a member of Bally Total Fitness before I joined Total Woman. The service and respect I got from Bally?s staff was horrible. The moment I walked through the doors of Total Woman gym, I was cheerfully greeted by the front desk workers. The staff is so helpful and they always have a smile on their face. The facial I had from Lori was divine. I felt so refreshed afterwards. When I did have a little complaint, the front desk worker Ashley, really listened to what I had to say and got it fixed for me. I have never had such great service at a gym before. I would highly recommend for all women to join.

Best Facial. What a wonderful spa - great ambiance. My technician's name was Kimberly, I had one of the best facials ever!

Best Spa and Gym. Best place for relaxing, its gorgeous ambience makes you want to stay there forever. The staff is great and so helpful.

Best place in OC for a facial or waxing.. I have going to Miriam at the Total Woman SPa for over a year now and feel beautiful everytime that I walk out after an appointment. The service is friendly and very accomidating, I took my mom for her first spa experience there (scared to death) and she left feeling so relaxed and beautiful about herself she had no idea that a spa could be so relaxing.
