Best in Class.
Excellent value, service, and amenities. Outstanding ambiance, views, area and location. It was as if it were tailored to fit my expectations. It easily qualifies for another star. Newer building.
Valet (with in/out privileges) or self-parking (no in/out privileges) for around the same price. Several eateries within the resort. Beach just footsteps away from the hotel, with views of the Pacific Ocean. Totally convenient--allowed me to make the most out of the time I had available. You get your money's worth.
Special Occasion, Holiday, or just a weekend getaway! This is how a hotel should be.
If you like beaches, shopping, and great year round weather, this hotel is definitely the place to be.…
Pure relaxation.
I was taken here over the weekend for Mother's Day. Absolute relaxation. From the greeters to the bellhop to the concierge, everything was perfect. I felt bathed in pampering delight.
The service at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were well decorated and the beds were marvelous. They were so comfortable. I was also given an hour long massage in the Spa Gaucin. I came out of the massage as relaxed as a wet noodle.
Thank you to my husband, children and the St. Regis. I would certainly pay it another visit.…

Guests can also enjoy three pools with private cabanas, an on-site 18-hole golf course, treatments at Spa Gaucin and cuisine prepared by renowned chef Michael Mina at Stonehill Tavern, the small plates/seafood restaurant with Pacific views.…
Accommodations nice, service lacking.. My review does not relate to hotel accommodations, but instead to the staff of this supposedly 4+ star hotel. Having conducted prior business with the hotel facilities and maintenance staff, I was dissappointed and amazed at the lack of business professionalism of this hotel department. Having done work for the department, then requesting and calling to confirm an appointment a day early, the department head simply didn't bother to call and cancel, but to allow me to show up and have his staff brush off the appointment as I stood with his subordinate. Obviously a bad image for a hotel of this stature(?), not to mention a high degree of unprofessionalism. A sad attitude for a hotel anxious to be great, yet only equal to the service level it provides.…
