BAD TASTE. Very dissapointing and upsetting experience. Got a quote for two crowns over the phone and scheduled an appointment for cleaning next week. Told them that I would like to think about the crowns, but would like to keep the cleaning appointment. Got a call back from the office 10 minutes later, cancelling my appointment and telling me to go back to my other dentist. I find this strange that a dentist gets offended by a patient wanting to think about finance side of an expensive procedure. Very rude and UNAMERICAN!…

What are the magazines for? There is no waiting!. Dr Rodd is a fantastic Dentist in Dana Point. His is the only medical office I have ever been to that starts the appointments ON TIME!!! Most Gentle, Down to Earth and Pain free Dentist !. Dr. Rodd is a breath of fresh with his old school, hands-on, gentle, no pain, style. He explains everything in detail and doesn't try to upsell more than is needed or required.
