Irvine >Ariaee, Dean F, DDS
I had the honor to work wit Dr. Ariaee
about 7 years ago and I learned so much from him. And I’m forever grateful for that.
Dr Ariaee is highly skilled and committed to quality patient care with the primary goal of achieving optimal oral health and beauty for all of his patients. He’s really motivated by challenge and I highly recommend Dr Ariaee.
You are the best!!!.
I have been going to Dr. Ariaee since 1997 faithfully. I moved away and was unable to continue commuting to him because of distance.
He has always been excellent with me. He has a very kind voice, he is fair, and friendly.
I recently had my teeth cleaned by my new dentist. The new dentist told me my previous dentist, Dr. Ariaee, had done excellent work. To me, that was a very nice thing to say to me about my longtime dentist.
Thank you for your excellent services, Dr. Ariaeee!!! Continued success in your career.
An exellent Dentist. I had a bad toothache and a swollen face and paged Dr. Dean Ariaee on a Saturday. He responded back to me after only 3-4 minutes. He was helpful and concerned. He told me I needed medicine to take down the swelling and pain. He called in the medicine. It was ready after 30 minutes at the pharmacy. He saw me on that Monday and had to pull a tooth. He was very compassionate and gentle. His shots were the best ones I've ever had. I did not even notice that he pulled my tooth until I saw it on the tray in front of me. I have good insurance coverage. They did all the billing and I had to pay some too. I highly recommend him.
VERY VERY MEAN AND RUDE. i had to take my daughter there because it was with the insurance and the dr. was mean and rude to my daughter and by the time we left the office she had marks on the side of her face where his fingers where on her cheeks, the temp came off and they wanta charge me again for putting it back on... its just not right also the 2 times we went there my daughter has left his office crying and not from the pain but from the rudeness of the doctor... the rest of the office staff has been friendly... I said if u can wait then go find another place... ALSO if i could write a review without giving a star then i would but since 1 star is the lowest then he gets 1
I randomly picked this Dentist through my insurance as it is an HMO and I have to select a Dentist prior to signing up. I set up my initial appointment which they told me had to be done at 4 PM on any given business day? Odd, but okay.
Upon arrival, I sat in the waiting room for over a half hour. Then they took me back and I waited another 20 minutes, got my x-rays done just so the Dentist could come and and tell me I needed a "deep cleaning" which will cost more. I asked them if I could simply have my regular cleaning and I will think about obtaining a more expensive "deep cleaning" and he refused to do it. So, I waited for an hour and a half, the dentist had no intention of actually cleaning my teeth and then tried to up-sell a procedure I didn't want. I have called my insurance company to make sure he did not charge them for a cleaning since it, in fact, never actually happened.
Please stay away from this dentist. I have never written a review before, but people like this should not be in business.
Malpractice. Avoid Avoid! Malpractice. He is terrible and he will take advantage of the patients and their insurance. Many complaints against him as well as lawsuits.
Sweet!. I hate dentists so I never go, but had a dental emergency so I had to find a dentist quick and get help ASAP. He took care of the problem quickly. Only had one appt, but he seems very intelligent and EXPLAINED what is happening and what needs to be done! I have good insurance so I can't attest to costs, but coming from a guy with bad dentists, go where you will get the best care!
Avoid this Dentist at all costs.
Avoid this dentist (if that's what you could call him) at all costs.
Our son had a chipped tooth, he repaired it with bonding. 3 months later the bonding was dangling. We brought him in to get it reattached. He tried everything he could to upsell me on a crown (front tooth). I said that I need to discuss this with my wife, give me the particulars - but obviously we need the immediate problem fixed.
To my horror, when I left the dentist office with my son, it turned out he DIDN'T fix the problem and nor did he notify me when we left the office he didn't fix the tooth.
I went immediately back - he wouldn't come and talk to me but stayed in the inside office and had his assistant come and talk to me - saying that he wouldn't fix the tooth - i had to pay for a crown - the poor assistant had to play go between for 20-30 minutes - he WOULDN'T come in and talk with me until I threatened to report him to whatever I could report him to.
He refused to fix the problem unless I paid a large amount.
I left and went to another dentist who fixed the problem in 5 minutes - didn't charge me and said a crown would be the wrong fix and the correct fix would be veneers
this guy was arrogant, rude, no customer service, way over priced.... AVOID!
Exellent Customer Service. From the time I walked in the door I was welcomed with a huge smile. My appointment went as smooth as possible. The staff was very considerate of my time and acknowledged my fear of the dentist. Dr. Ariaee was very detailed explaining my treatment . The staff in the back were very pleasant and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Dean Ariaee.
Excellent Service for 9 years for both of us. Everyone has different expectations on what they consider great customer service. Both my wife (who is usually very fearful of dentists) and I have been going to Dean for 9 years with the best results and always get a warm welcome. (And not just because we have been spending money there for 9 years, but because he is genuine once you get to know the man.) Sometimes it may be the personality of the person going to the dentist that gets a colder than expected welcome. Glad to see not all like going here so my wait is shorter than if Dean was the best "show" in town.
