Average dentist, problem is they are always overcharging you for the work, despite insurance reimbursements. Are the business office people skimming the fat? Who knows, and who cares. If these Japanese are dumb enough to put the bill paying/insurance collecting person is charge of collecting from patients, they deserve their misfortune. Renee, the front office mgr, is a snake who you can smell a mile away. Avoid this firm at all costs unless you enjoy fending off thieves.
