A great price for extended stays and a helpful staff

While in Anaheim for two weeks this summer, I stayed at this particular Extended Stay America hotel/residence. While I had some initial problems with my hotel reservation due to problems not related with the hotel, the staff at the front office was very helpful to me until we got it straightened out. The rooms are bright and clean, with a kitchenette, although there was some wear in the shower. Full maid-service is not the norm at such a hotel, although sheets and towels are changed every third day and by request. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and a convenience store is just a short distance away, which can be easily walked. Outside doors are locked at night and room keycards are required for entrance at those hours. Vending machines and laundry facilities are on the first floor. Overall, a great choice for the money.
