One of the best one stop laptop solution.. I had old Toshiba laptop that would not boot up. I took it there. It was out of warranty. The guy helped me with diagnosing it on the spot without any charge. He said they have to replace the whole motherboard. Took them only 3 days to order board from toshiba, replaced and get ready.

Service is supperfast, professional & inexpensive compared to other huge laptop service stores.

They even cleaned all spyware and showed me few easy steps to keep laptop healthy for no extra charge at all.

Poor customer service. My laptop would turn off completely when I tried to watch a movie online, or burn a cd. I would be in the middle of one of these tasks, and the pc would click off without warning. It was still under warranty, so I took it to E Technolgy Center. They were the most convenient to where I live, and their customer rating is 5 star. They had a problem discovering why my pc was behaving this way. I wasn't upset about that, because I knew they would eventually find the cause. The prevailing concern was, why don't they let me know what is going on? I called 3 or 4 times, and their attitude was, "Don't call us, we'll call you." After 2 weeks, a new motherboard, and a new optical drive, I finally got a call telling me my laptop was ready. They solved the problem, but they never bothered to keep me up-dated. They do a good job with computer repairs, but their people skills need repairing.
