While walking around, I picked up two nail polishes for $2.99, compared them, then put the one back. As I'm talking on my cell phone, browsing the eye shadows, a very rude, brunette, middle aged woman asks me where I put the other eye shadow. I immediately have to end the call to talk to her. I told her back in the bin. She tried to insinuate that I shoplifted. I told her she could feel free to search me, emptied my pockets out in the store. She found nothing and told me she could take me at the register, I told her I'll never come back. Mind you, I am a 27 year old Corporate Marketing Administrator. I found this very tasteless and rude. Target and Ulta want your business, go there!
Don't Bother. This is a review for the esthetician services. My friend referred me to Jenny for facials. When I walked in I told a blond lady that I had an appointment with Jenny. She kindly led me to the waiting area. There were three other staff members there who walked by me a couple of times but didn't smile nor greet me. No one offered me water or a magazine...nothing. After waiting 10 minutes past my appointment time, I asked another lady about when Jenny would be ready for me. She just said that Jenny's with another client right now. Uh, OK, that didn't help me. I then explained that I had an 11:00 appointment, and she seemed annoyed with me and said, "yes, I know" and walked away. I really got the feeling that she and the other staff members didn't care that I had to wait. Another 5 minutes later I decided that I wasn't going to subject myself to waiting around, not knowing when my turn would be, and I walked out. The lady called after me, "She's almost done." TOO LATE. When I got in my car Jenny called me and apologized, saying she was with another client. I told her I had an 11:00 appointment with her, not 11:15, not 11:20. I'm always on time for my appointments, and I expect the same from others. Sure, some appointments may go overtime, and I can certainly wait a few minutes, but it was just the bad customer service there that made me walk out.
