New hair salon, great customer service and competitive prices.. I tried a new hair salon, and "new' describes not only the salon but also the stylists. Wow! They are working hard to please and pamper their clients - and they're succeeding! BEAUTY HEAVEN on Jamboree and Dupont.

Before I was taken back to the real work area, the stylist first offered a cappucinno and a seat in the reception area for us to get to know each other. By the time I actually sat down in the chair for color and cutting, I felt very comfortable that she knew exactly what I wanted. With thick hair, I'm always nervous to let anyone "thin" my hair because it usually ends up bushy or choppy looking. The color was perfect for my skin tone, and the way she thinned my hair left it sleek and light. Now everyone is asking me who cuts my hair, and strangers believe my hair color is natural...and I'm not going to disabuse them of that assumption! Prices were competitive, atmosphere was cool and comfortable, stylists were knowledgeable. Next time I may also try out a make-up consultation.
