Great customer service!. My husband and I attended a marriage conference here a few weeks ago and arrived early to try out the sushi bar they have advertised. I figured it would be mediocre being that it was not a restaurant in itself but part of a hotel. My husband and I love sushi, and this place was very good. Definitely not mediocre.

In addition, throughout our stay, the customer service was impeccable. I felt that each of the hotel employees, whether at the restaurant, front desk, etc. were very attentive. I felt catered to.

Although we live in Orange County and will most likely not normally need to stay at a hotel locally, I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of our family and friends traveling from out of town.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS AROUND!. I stay here all the time, I love it! The staff is the friendliest staff you'll ever encounter, they treat everyone like a vip. The rooms are very modern and the beds are all down. Lovely! I recommend everyone stay here, you'll love it.
