Customer service = Fail

Called about 10 times within the last 3 days and they finally answered the phone. A complete douche answered barely uttering a word when he clunked the phone to his ignorant face. This guy was giving quick one word answers basically trying his best to get me off the phone. I hung up and called right back. To my surprise someone picked up again. Same lousy customer service! I wanted to know my options on a new, used or retreaded tire. He quickly said "there's no such thing as a retread tire." Then he spouted off on this rant laughing at the thought that I didn't know the ins and outs of the tire game trying to make me feel inferior. Well I'm sure he's proud of his vast knowledge of rubber, his love of meth and his last three remaining teeth but "retread" is in fact a process tough guy.
Go to "The Internet", find wikipedia, type "Retread" with your gorilla fingers. Suck it.
Cool guys!

I just learned of these guys calling around to get a nail patched up. I live in Ladera and when calling around all the other tire shops were charging at least 20 bucks to fix it. I think Just Tires wanted $35! Anyways I called these guys and they said bring it down. It's on my wife's van and so she did, 10 minutes later they handed her her keys and said it's all good! Whoa!
Went down there today to get my tires rotated. 20 bucks I'm thinking. The guy hands me my keys and says "It's all taken care of." I know being a minor deal but man they didn't have to do that at all. They run a business and it takes time for them to do those things. I know it's good business for later because if I need new tires I know where I'm going next.
I've never bought tires from them yet but they seem to me like normal, regular guys that do tires. I'd say give em a try I think you'll find it "cooler" to deal with actual people running a business rather than some corporate giant selling you stuff.
Forget Em

Forget trying to reach these people...I called em over 50 times in 2 days and they never answer their phone. A company that cannot even do certainly isn't going to provide decent customer care once you arrive. Need a quote? Wanna make an appointment? Know your tires need to be special ordered? Forget this company...they DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE! That's about the dumbest thing ny company can do...lousy economy or not. There is NO EXCUSE for this. It's just poor management. Beyond poor...it's stupid!
Best little tire shop in town

I Have lived in Orange county since 1971. Since I have been old enough to drive I have had a passion for cars and trucks - on road and off road.
I know how difficult finding a great vendor can be. Once you find an individual or business you can trust to be honest, fair and competitive you want to hang on to them for as long as possible.
A friend referred me to Tucker Tire in Laguna Niguel about 15 years ago. I have since referred many people to the business. I do compare service, price and quality. I will generally give a restaurant or business one, maybe two chances to make me remain loyal after not making the grade on some visit. Tucker Tires has always stepped up and made the visit rewarding.
I have never had an unpleasant visit. They are always working their butts off and can't even answer the phone half the time. Just go there and get in line. They are fast and very knowledgeable. Some times they were so busy I left and came back on a different day. You may want to call to make sure they have what you need in stock.
The friends I have referred to them tell me similar stories about the great service received and the money saved at the business.
I saw a negative review here and was very surprised. I guess there will always be unlucky days for all of us. This compelled me to write a review.
I always try to deal with John Tucker, but his family and other staff are professional, competent and good. GO THERE, BUY TIRES - save money- be happy.
If you would like to check whether this referral / review is valid - contact mike at linked investigations website. I will be happy to talk!
Be Careful- Poor customer service

Been buying tires from them for 25 years. I have sent them at least 40 customers. They always have the best price and are quick. Everything great unless you have a problem. They recommended a set of tires for my car at over $1000.00. I just trusted them and had them installed. Turns out they were noisy to the point that I could not tolerate them on my luxury car. Basically they treated me like I was a jerk when I asked them to do something for me. I know I didn't save enough over the years to make up for the $1000.00 I lost by having to junk my tires with 1200 miles on them. I won't be back
