Awful arrangement, no customer service. Valentine's Day flowers - should be easy and obvious, instead it's absolutely awful. Received an arrangement that was less than half of the height promised, and half of the width promised, wrong color roses (ok, it's valentine's day, maybe they were out), delivered at 7pm by an impatient driver that rang the bell 10 times in 5 seconds.

Overall impression of the arrangement: pathetic.

They offer a 100% "guarantee", so called in the morning to get a "of course we made it correctly" response, unwilling to refund, and demanding the existing arrangement back as evidence. "Hey Wife, sorry your flowers came late and sucked, let me steal them from you so I can go get my money back"? Yea, that sounds like an awesome idea.

I've bought from them a few times in the recent past, never hugely impressed but never walked away kicking myself. Until this time. Awful florist, will not buy from them again.
