Do not do it!. I moved into the complex three years ago with promises and high hopes that this complex would improve with the new owners. Unfortunately, it was great for the first two years and the staff at the time was excellent. Since the new property manager and assist have take over in the last six months it has drastically dropped. Gardening has stopped with up keep and basic maintenance. Repairs order take several days to weeks. And no the utilities are not included. Good getting a bill from their out sourced company. But, do expect late charges after you have talked to the management about never receiving a bill and they will not help with any complaints. It is a great place for dogs if you do not mind picking up after others and the cats are allowed to run wild. So, do expect a few cats at night in heat and meowing at all hours. The quality of tenant at this complex use to be great. Very friend and nice to talk with. Unfortunately, it appears you do not even need a credit score to rent an apartment or a garage. Which, yes, the complex does have several garages that people are living out of. Such hope for this complex. Will not be resigning.
