Be Careful!. Just a heads up, I brought in 2 packages for delivery one of which was Fed-X overnight. I arrived at exactly 4pm and handed the package to a gentlman working the counter. I was not informed that Fed-X already came prior to my arrival. The drop box pick-up times are all after 4pm, more like 4:30 and later. I assumed (my fault) that since it was a shipping store that their pick-up times would be even later. I called today (the next day) and was informed by Linda that the package was still there. What's worse, Linda asked me what time I dropped off the package and her response to me telling her 4pm was "oh you missed him". I told her no one told me when I dropped it off, her response, "we're not responsible, we're sort of like the post office". Ok?

To add more insult, Linda started to lecture me about getting there next time before 3pm! Really??!! Bravo, now that's customer service Linda! I guess the next time we'll all go somewhere else. Who knows we might just get a bit better service at the post office, it wouldn't take much. Hmmm.
