Delia Fernandez Replies to Erroneous Post. I have never met this person; his comments are absolutely false. At best, he's confused me with someone else. At worst, he's purposefully libeling me.

Look elsewhere this person is a scam artist "Delia". Con artist, wrote bogus letter to courts stating imaginary income and expenses. Great if you want to hire someone to lie about things for fraud. Would not respond when I confronted her, had to contact police and court investigators
