Fantastic Burger

Great Food...Horrible Server. Raquel, Raquel, Raquel...Why are you so rude??? The food is excellent! I use to go there about 4 to 5 times a week and order food for the office. All the servers are friendly and helpful with the exception of Raquel. I complained to the owner about her attitude and he assured me he would handle it. Needless, to say I returned again and this time she snatched my credit card out of my hand and a coworker had to tell her to be nice. Funny thing is, I refuse to go there if she is working! If they get rid of her it would make dining there more pleasant and I would return on a regular basis.

Raquel is mean, mean and very RUDE!!!! Even her coworkers talk about her bad attitude and how she treats customers.

Overall, the food is great! But who wants to deal with ATTITUDE!…
