Bught a TV (Sumsung un46d700), obviously an openbox one.
Well, you suppose you are getting a brand new set, it was obviously an openbox one.
The box delivered by UPS was left at my door step without my confirmaiton (signature) of delivery.
The packaging styroform was cracked and even a small piece of it was broken and missing.
The plastic bag that holds the cables does not look like a new bag at all.
Still, I was hopeful to see a perfect set, until I set it up and found dead pixels (stuck in red).…
Professional job. Josh and Joseph from Paul's TV came to deliver our 82-in TV, and did a great, professional job. Josh knows all the ins and outs of Paul's TV equipment. I would definitely recommend shopping here since the employees are very knowledgeable.…
Where to begin.
Wow, order TV on 2/27/2011, was told it would be shipped and delivered by March 3rd, 2011.
For 3 days order sat in a pending state, for 3 days I could not get Pauls TTV to respond to my questions about delivery.
When I did get them on the phone, they claim the order was lost in the computer system. They then told me they would expedite the order and have it shipped 2 day express.
When order was finaly released I was told delivery would not be until March 9th. When I questioned why they did not ship 2 day, I was told they dont do that. Even when I had emails from them claiming 2 day delivery.
Fast forward to today the 9th, was called by shipping company, the TV has been sitting at the location for 2 days and they tell me they can not deliver until the weekend or next week.
Bottom line, Amazon stinks, and Pauls TV stinks. I would advise to keep away from them.
I ended up refusing shipment and reporting it to my Credit card and the BBB.
Simple fact is they are fast to take your money (My cash was taken same day as order.) and will be very slow in getting product to you.…
If you expect customer service,,, dont buy from them. We purchased a 50 inch Panasonic Viera television in October 2009 in January the television died, we contacted Paul's they told us to contact Panasonic who in return told us to contact their contracted repair service. The television has been in the shop for 2 and 1/2 weeks with no sign of the repair being complete. They cannot get the parts from Panasonic. I have contacted Pauls to help with the situation and was told today that since I did not purchase their extended warranty there is nothing they can do to help me, I then called back and spoke to the manager who gave me an analogy that "some people die at birth and some smoke and drink and live forever". REALLY, Im not sure what this has to do with the fact that I spent 1650.00 in their store and 3 months later they will do nothing to help. We have always purchased our televisions at Paul's but never had any issues with the sets. You can be sure that in the future we will NEVER do business with them again.…
Don't buy from them!.
I recently purchased a 55 Samsung 3D, just a few weeks ago. I started to have issues withntheir delivery service. After a week, I noticed that my tv would get dimmer after 30 minutes. When I watched
a basketball game it would look like that the lights in the gym were being turned off. It became quite noticeable.
I asked Paul's crew to help me correct this problem. They said it was between me and Samsung. I asked if they could send a technician, they said no. I have the tv set exactly the way Samsung recommends.
I have always purchased television from Best Buy, and that's what I would recommend. They stand behind their product. They will also match other stores prices. Learn from my mistake and buy elsewhere. Paul's doesn't stand by their product after only having the tv 7 days.…
