Great Customer Service and high Quality Devices. The owner is very knowledgeable in this specific field and knows many of the functions of nearly all phones. When you have a problem, the staff is eager to help and will do so to the best of their abilities. I have bought about 5 phones at different times and 4 have worked perfectly since. One of my daughters had accidentally drooped her's into a small puddle. The owner Art was able to repair it as good as new. Because they are a small family-run business they already know my name and my family. You really get the full customer experience when shopping for a phone or pager at this wireless store.
