Charged me and never fixed the problem!. They misdiagnosed my problem and overcharged me the first time. When I returned a month later with the same problem as the first visit, they refused to credit me the $465 for the misdiagnosis and tried charging me $465 for the second visit! Now I'm out the money and the problem still remains!

Great Service & Very Professional. So far I've taken 4 different cars(Honda, Acura, Lexus & Mercedes) in a span of little over 5 years & always received great service w/ an awsome attitude from them(Steed). They are very professional & quite frank in explaining what should be repaired & how much it will cost, which I thought was far from my normal experience of "other" shops & dealers. I will constantly take all my vehicles to Steed as their price is fair & their service is second to none. Oh, btw, ask for James or John. Mike K.

Honest and fair price. Its just hard to trust mechanics these days, but when I went over to Steed Alignment because a friend had recommended this place, they explained exactly what needed to be done, and more importantly what repairs could wait. They were very polite and knowledgable. They went over all the parts that needed to be replaced and showed me parts that wasnt worn down. Other shops tried to sell me things i just didnt need. I finally found a mechanic I could tell my mother to go to. Shop around like I did, but its had to beat Steed Alignment.

High Cost And Inappropriate Charges. Had my GMC Suburban towed to Steed Alignment on 10/24/09; left note with car key regarding problem with the starter; called next day to explain that 2 mechanics were consulted and determined problem was indeed with the starter; Steed still charged for diagnostic time (wanted to charge for 1 full hour) & ended up charging for 1/2 hour of diagnostic time plus $10 rags/oil/grease (shop fees); labor was reasonable; remanufactured part was 2.5 times that of a local parts supplier, which included a lifetime warranty. All-in-all, I believe Steed Alignment felt that I had few options available because my Suburban was already at their shop & would not be able to tow it elsewhere for repairs. Although Steed Alignment provides fast & knowledgeable service, I do not appreciate the way Steed takes advantage of the situation & the customer, and I will never patronize Steed Alignment again!
